This Cookie Policy explains how SipForge AI uses cookies and similar technologies on our marketing site (sipforge.ai) and product app (app.sipforge.ai). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Under UK PECR and related EU ePrivacy rules, non-essential cookies require consent. Essential cookies needed to provide a service you request (such as signed-in sessions) can be set without consent.
Your choices
- On first visit, a banner offers clear Accept and Decline options for optional cookies.
- Until you Accept, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel scripts do not load.
- Your choice is stored in local browser storage (key: sipforge_cookie_consent) so the banner does not reappear every visit.
- You can reopen Cookie settings from the site footer at any time to change your choice.
Essential cookies
These support core functionality and security. They are not blocked by the consent banner.
- Supabase authentication/session cookies used to keep you signed in.
- On production custom domains, auth cookies may be scoped to .sipforge.ai so login can work across the marketing site and app.
- Security and load-balancing cookies required by hosting infrastructure.
Optional analytics and marketing cookies
These load only after you Accept. Depending on environment configuration, they may include:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM) — container used to manage analytics/marketing tags.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — conversion and advertising measurement.
If those environment IDs are not configured, the optional scripts simply do not run even after Accept.
How long choices last
Consent preference is stored locally in your browser until you clear site data or change it via Cookie settings. Third-party cookies set after Accept follow each provider's own retention rules.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other core features from working.
