Who we are
SipForge AI ("SipForge", "we", "us") provides AI-powered beverage brand generation tools for craft brewers, distillers, and beverage founders. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect
- Account details you provide (for example email address and password) when you sign up or sign in.
- Brand project inputs you submit (product briefs, category choices, preferences, and related generation prompts).
- Generated project outputs and related run history stored in your account so you can review work.
- Payment and billing metadata processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on SipForge servers.
- Technical data needed to operate the service, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and basic security logs.
- Optional analytics and marketing data only if you accept non-essential cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use data
- To create and secure your account, and keep you signed in across sipforge.ai and app.sipforge.ai where shared session cookies apply.
- To run Brand Spark and paid brand-generation pipelines, including moderation and compliance screening of generated content.
- To process payments, deliver purchased outputs, and provide support.
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical issues.
- With your consent, to measure marketing performance with tools such as Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
Legal bases (UK/EU GDPR)
- Contract: providing the service you request, including account access and paid generation.
- Legitimate interests: securing the platform, preventing fraud/abuse, and improving core product reliability.
- Consent: optional analytics and marketing cookies, which you can accept or decline.
- Legal obligation: retaining records where required by tax or accounting rules.
Cookies
Essential authentication cookies may be set so login works. Non-essential analytics and advertising cookies are blocked until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Details are in our Cookie Policy. You can change your choice later via Cookie settings in the footer.
Sharing
We use infrastructure and service providers that process data on our behalf, including hosting, authentication/database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and — only after consent — analytics/advertising platforms. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service from abuse.
International transfers
Service providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers (for example standard contractual clauses) where applicable.
Retention
We keep account, project, and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can provide support, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of account data (subject to legal retention needs) by emailing support@sipforge.ai.
Your rights
If UK/EU data protection law applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time (for cookies, use Cookie settings). To exercise rights, email support@sipforge.ai. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
Children
SipForge is a business tool aimed at adult founders and professionals. It is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
